Lighting the stage at A-Nation this summer will be some of the leaders in K-pop’s spread to Japan. Avex Entertainment, the company that brings you nearly every K-pop Japanese venture released the star-studded setlist for their annual summer concert festival that’s been happening since 2002.

The Korean artists set to perform are TVXQ, Super Junior, U-Kiss and Big Bang. TVXQ’s Japanese ventures have paved the way for the Hallyu wave, while Super Junior has recently enjoyed success from their Japanese “Opera” promotions. Just this past March U-Kiss held their first ever Japanese tour, while Big Bang now boasts the most Japanese fans in attendance at their Korean concerts, with some 3,500 coming out for their Alive tour.

But A-Nation is not just about K-pop; not by a long shot. EXILE the 14-member  Japanese pop group has been bringing monster numbers to the stage since 2001 (long before Super Junior), and will do so again next to acts like Do As Infinity, AAA, Every Little Thing, among others. And one of the most interesting acts set to perform at A-Nation will be quasi-Visual Kei group, Acid Black Cherry. But let’s be honest, it’s a bit hard visualizing their edgier J-rock style next to one of Super Junior’s dance routines.

Either way, the concert is set to take place at the Osaka Nagai Stadium on August 18-19 and the Tokyo Ajinomoto Stadium August 25-25. Get tickets while you can.
