Oppa: term that means big brother, used for relatives and older males by females. Example: Fangirl: Taeyang oopa is mine.

Extra credit: Korean guys love to be called Oppa! It makes you seem like you have a lot of aegyo and if you have a boyfriend, that’s definitely one of the pet names you should keep in mind.

Hyung: term that means big brother, used for relatives and older males by males. Example: Minho is a hyungwhore.

Extra Credit: TVXQ’s Changmin hated calling his older members hyung. He even held supplies hostage in exchange for making Jaejoong calling him hyung.
